No Public Hearing - Fraser Valley Regional District Zoning Bylaw No. 1680, 2022

NOTICE is hereby given under section 467 of the Local Government Act that a public hearing will not be held for Bylaw 1680, 2022. The Fraser Valley Regional District is prohibited from holding a public hearing for Bylaw 1680, 2022 under section 464 of the Local Government Act.

The purpose of Bylaw 1680, 2022 is to change the zoning from RR-1 to SBR-3 to facilitate a 14 lot subdivision at 9868 Thompson Rd, Electoral Area D.

First reading of the bylaw will be considered on February 29, 2024.

All persons who believe their interest in the property is affected by the proposed bylaw may provide written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaw.
