City of Chilliwack: 2024 Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel

TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with Sections 204, 205 and 208 of the Community Charter, the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel will hear complaints with respect to errors or omissions on the parcel tax roll.

A person, who owns a parcel of land included on the parcel tax roll, may request that the roll be amended by providing written notice to the City of Chilliwack at least 48 hours before the time set for the sitting of the Panel. The Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel will sit at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. If no amendment requests are received by the appointed time, then the 2024 parcel tax rolls are deemed to be authenticated by the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel and the meeting will be adjourned.

You may send your written submission, including your name and address, to Leigh Kreitner, Manager of Revenue Services, 8550 Young Road, Chilliwack BC V2P 8A4, by fax to 604.793.1801 or by email to kreitner@chilliwack.com, no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, March 15, 2023.

A copy of the “2024 Parcel Tax Roll” will be available upon request by contacting the Finance Department at 604.792.9498.
