The Chilliwack RCMP are asking for help to find a Chilliwack woman who's been missing since mid-March.

Twenty-eight year old Chantelle Laura Chenier had just been released from police custody when she disappeared. Arrested on an outstanding warrant, she was let loose with a promise to appear in court April 8.

She never showed.

Chenier, who also uses the surname Marsden, is described as First Nations, five-foot-four and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and vest, brown sweater and boots with a scarf and hat.

She has no fixed address, but has often been seen in downtown Vancouver.

Anyone who knows where she may be is asked to call the RCMP at 604-792-4611 or Crime Stoppers (anonymously) at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). The reference number for this case is 2014-10368.
