There is no demolition date known yet.

But requests by phone or email are now being accepted at the City of Chilliwack for free theatre seats from the old Paramount Theatre on Yale Road.

They'll be taking requests until October 18.

"Seats will be given away in sets of four," according to the city news release.

Anyone interested in the seats is asked to contact Starlee Renton at Renton@chilliwack.com or phone at 604.793.2716.

"The method in which seats are given away will be determined by demand," she said.
