Stolen camper found on Craigslist

A camper reported stolen by a Chilliwack couple has been found - but not the pickup that went with it - after it was spotted on a Craigslist ad.

"At this point, no arrests have been made and the police investigation is ongoing," Chilliwack RCMP Cpl. Tammy Hollingsworth said.

A woman called police Monday after seeing a camper and pickup on Craigslist that resembled the Ford F150 and Vanguard camper the couple said they had bought in 1979.

Police said the camper was returned to the couple.

The couple, in their seventies, last saw the pickup and camper Nov. 20 in the parking lot of a gated complex near the 8400-block Young Road.
