Crash slows Promontory Road traffic
A single-vehicle accident Saturday on Promontory Road injured two and slowed traffic to a standstill.
Police said a vehicle heading east on Promontory Road crossed the centre line for "unknown reasons" and slammed head-on into a power pole.
An adult and five-year-old boy were taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
The 3 p.m. crash is under police investigation, but alcohol is not believed a factor.
