Pond prowler
It was 'Pond Prowl' day at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve where members and guests of the Fraser Valley Young Naturalist Club's searched for water creatures on Saturday in Chilliwack.
The club is co-sponsored by the heron reserve and the Chilliwack Field Naturalists, and is geared towards children aged 5 to 14. Family membership is $25 for a year. For more info, go to www.ync.ca or call Cynthia Berg at the heron reserve at 604-823-6603.
