The main theatre of the Chilliwack Cultural Centre will be roaring with laughter on International Women's Day as four women crack up the audience in I Am Woman! Hear Me Laff!

High-energy Tanyalee Davis is the evening's headliner and brings her insanely funny comedy to the mix.

Davis describes herself as the Ferrari of comedy — low to the ground and kind of racy.

She's appeared in the teaser for Austin Powers 3: Gold Member and being featured in the movie: For The Love of Money. She was also spotlighted on Last Comic Standing 2, Little People, Big World and has been featured on World’s Smallest People on the TLC – The Learning Channel. Davis brings a wealth of talent to the stage in I Am Woman! Hear Me Laff!

Organizers say it's a fantastic way to celebrate women by sharing an evening full of howling good fun.

Award-winning Amy Wilding kicks off the show with her exhilarating stand-up routine. As the winner of this year’s annual Laff Riot Girls - Search for the Funniest New Female Stand Up, Wilding will showcase the comedic talent that won her first place honours.

Emcee Leeann Keple is known across Western Canada for performances with the Laff Riot Girls, the longest running independent stand-up comedy troupe in Western Canada.

“My humour is like a nice glass of B.C. red wine, warm and inviting notes to start, occasional spiciness on the tongue, a faint aroma of tobacco and leather, with a clean finish and lingering thoughts of - did she really just say that? – that will last into the next week.

"Once I'm uncorked, it's hard to bottle me up, but the good news is I pair well with everything.” Keple said.
