They’re back, and with an all new show. Shimming across stages in Las Vegas, New York, Vancouver, Berlin, Seattle and Victoria, The Cheesecake Burlesque Revue is returning to Chilliwack with their special brand of glitter, glamour and giggles on Nov. 16 at 7:30 p.m.

Presented by The Chilliwack Arts & Cultural Centre Society, The Cheesecake Burlesque Revue girls know how to put on the modern day show-stopper! They are a little spice, a lot of nice, and just a touch of naughty… keeping audiences coming back for more – more laughs, more tease and more body confidence.

This hilarious award winning show will dazzle and delight. A delicious slice of Sass and Class, the show is innovative, hilarious, creative, tasteful and so much fun.

With names like Betsy Bottom Dollar, Lolly Lushbottom and Mz B Haven, the sparkly ladies of The Cheesecake Burlesque Revue know how to get a crowd onto their feet and cheering with their spectacular stage show. Ranging from cute and sweet, geeky-chic, rock n’ roll, to classily and elegant the girls are well known for their high energy acts, stand out performances, comedic timing, dazzling costumes and girl-next door accessibility. The Cheesecakes will have you howling with laughter.

Armed with sequins, glamour and sass, the ladies of Victoria-based Cheesecake Burlesque Revue are all about the positive and are selling out theatres all over British Columbia. Travelling around the globe representing the Cheesecakes at Burlesque Festivals, The Cheesecake Burlesque Revue are a truly exciting story of talented professionals coming together to embrace the fastest rising entertainment movement in North America.

Joining forces in 2006 these women came together with the desire to create an environment where they could cast off the shackles of their 9 to 5 jobs and have some silly, sparkly fun. Their passion for performance blossomed into an energetic troupe that inspires as well as entertains.

Loaded with empowering performances these brazen girls are on a mission to perform burlesque with confidence and cheeky playfulness. Appealing to a wide range of ages and backgrounds, The Cheesecakes draw to their shows a mostly female fan base ranging from their 20s to 70s. The Cheesecake Burlesque Revue puts on a wildly wicked show designed to inspire and encourage audience members. They are fun, cheeky, sassy and a bubbly mix of girl guerrillas and femme fatales, ready to take the stage by stilettoed storm.

Influences from cult classics like Priscilla Queen of The Desert to Broadway favorites like Guys and Dolls to imaginative roller coasters like their original Cheesecakes in Space, these girls put on one heck of a show! The performers are as individual as the stars, audiences can’t help but have a favorite or two or three! Get your tickets early, this show is a huge favorite and will sell out fast!
