A group of local firefighters is having a face mask fundraiser to support an international house-building trip as well as local charities.

The Chilliwack Firefighters Association Local 2826 announced the fundraiser on its Facebook page last weekend.

“Help those in need by wearing a mask,” the post reads. “Proceeds will be going to help fund a Mexico house-build trip that members will be volunteering their time to do (when COVID permits) and local charities.”

The masks are $10 for one or $25 for three. To place an order, email iafflocal2826@gmail.com.
